Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery date stated by the tracking number for your purchase we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For domestic US returns, we will provide a return label for you and send via email. After the label is sent, if the item is not sent back after 10 business days and the tracking indicates the return is not shipped, the return will be cancelled and no refund will be provided. For international returns, it is up to the buyer to procure their own return label. We cannot create return labels from outside the US. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Used or damaged items are not eligible for return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You, the buyer, are responsible for the shipping fee for the return. To help ensure your return is received a courier service with package tracking is highly recommended.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

As a reminder mail fraud is illegal and will be reported to the applicable law enforcement authorities.
